Protein Pancakes Recipe

Quick and Easy Muscle Building and Fat Burning Recipes

Makes 2 servings

1 cup of oats

2 whole eggs

5 Egg whites

2 scoops NYMR Protein


1 cup berries

optional 2tbsp peanut butter or pb2



Cook the oats as directed. Add the eggs and egg whites and beat

Toss in the protein, banana, berries and PB and stir

Add in some cinnamon and sweetener if you want

Place on a pan with high heat use pam

Spoon in the mixture a little at a time to make silver dollar pancakes

Flip when bubbles appear on the surface
